This site has been developed to support the NHS England GP Access fund wave two schemes, launched on 27 March 2015
The schemes covering over 1,400 practices and serving over 10 million patients were chosen to lead the way in testing innovative ways of increasing access and delivering wider transformational change in general practice. The fund also supports GPs to play an even stronger role at the heart of more integrated out-of-hospital service that delivers better health outcomes, more personalised care and excellent patient experience.
Apollo Medical Software Solutions who are a leading supplier of primary care data collection & clinical audit services are supporting the evaluation interface for the GP Access Fund.
The evaluation baseline data will be collected for the periods April 2013 to March 2014, April 2014 to March 2015 and April 2015 to March 2016 and provides aggregated, non-person identifiable data.
Where schemes commenced later than April 2015, data will be collected on a monthly basis from April 2016 onwards, to ensure as far as possible one full year of data for the scheme. For example, schemes which commenced in September 2015 will have data collected up to September 2016.
